I just found out what that means. Yes, that girl was cute but clearly she’s a model and she probably focusses a lot on her body and health because both of those pay her way through life. For the other 99.999% of the population that is not your priority and to put it euphemistically it is very easy to over-egg losing weight if you stare at pictures of girls with hashtags like #thinspo.
